Pavel Kotov, the Founder of REARTIX, has been holding various positions at Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group in Montreal, Canada for 20 years. More recently, as the Senior Business Executive and Strategy, he was responsible for business and market development activities and partner relations for several signature new projects at Cirque du Soleil. Prior to that, as the Senior Casting and Artist Management Director he was leading the team in charge of global artist recruitment and artist contract management for all new creations, events and existing shows of Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group.

In the course of the past decade, Pavel served as a member of the Professional Jury at over 35 major international circus festivals, and, together with his team, ensured successful casting of dozens of large-scale shows and events with thousands of casting presentations.

He is also a current standing member of the Board of Directors of Gymnastics Canada – the National Sports Federation governing the development of gymnastics. Founder of the online platform dedicated to the world of performing arts – showmemory.com.

Prior to his arrival in Canada, Pavel held a number of roles in Public Relations and Marketing in the industry of sports and fitness. He is a former world-class acrobatic gymnastics athlete and Judge for the International Gymnastics Federation (FIG) and also performed as an artist in the Russian Bars act of the Bolshoi Moscow State Circus.
